In October 1999 at the exclusive El Escorial gathering that is annually produced by Juan Tamariz, David Solomon gave a talk comparing famed bar magicians Matt Schulien and Eddie Fechter.

These are the lecture notes he used and sold at the event. They include biographies of each of them and lists of similarities and differences, tricks they were known for, and some magic advice by Schulien.
