You show a boxed deck of cards which you explain has two Jokers which you wrote a prediction on.

The spectator names any date they like. The cards are then removed from the box and spread face up.

As you spread the deck, two cards are seen to be face down. When you turn over the two cards, they are the Jokers and on one of them is written the month and on the other the date which matches the freely named date by the spectator.

Works in any language since you will have to write the months and dates on the Jokers in advance, you only have to do that one time to set up the deck.
