This is a very clever and relatively simple method and gimmick that can be used to perform the classic plot of penetrating one object with another and then restoring it at the end.

This version, however, uses an Oreo type cookie that will be penetrated and then restored… but, unlike all other versions of this classic plot:

The cookie can be borrowed, examined, and at the end examined again, and even eaten!
