Although there are multiple routines and handlings taught with this very clever gimmick the easiest one is likely the best.

You have a card selected (forced). You then show a standard looking box of Tic Tacs. Shake it to prove it is full of Tic Tacs and even open the lid to dump a couple out to give away.

You then have people focus on the Tic Tacs while they visually vanish and in their place is a folded card. The box is opened, the card is removed, and it is seen to be the selected card. Practically self-working.

In addition to the basic routine, you are also taught advanced handlings with torn corners, signed cards, color changes, and transpositions. The Tic Tacs can basically change to almost anything that fits in the box.
